If left unattended, technostress can cause memory loss, diminished concentration and decreased productivity. It is easy to get lost in the world of technology without realizing the tolls it may be taking on your health. Spending less time outdoors results in a wide range of behavioural problems. A term used to indicate this disturbed relationship between humans and nature is NDD or Nature Deficit Disorder.

Forest bathing nurtures a strong connection with nature which has positive impacts on our brains, bodies, feelings and social interactions. People who are connected with nature feel more vital and have more meaning in their lives. Taking a forestal break from the rush of our digital lives is beneficial for everyone. Nature is a place for healing and personal growth.



Treat yourself to the benefits of wandering. It is a simple delight. Slowing down can initially feel uncomfortable, but once you allow it, you will experience the regenerative power of being present in the moment. Everyone benefits from a forest therapy walk, especially those who have difficulties to switch off their monkey mind. It is an nice alternative meditation practice. Other audiences that can be served with forest therapy are pregnant women, elderly people, cancer patients, people suffering from mental illness, disadvantaged youth.
