A term used to indicate this disturbed relationship between humans and nature is NDD or Nature Deficit Disorder.

Forest bathing nurtures a strong connection with nature which has positive impacts on our brains, bodies, feelings and social interactions. People who are connected with nature feel more vital and have more meaning in their lives. Taking a forestal break from the rush of our digital lives is beneficial for everyone. Nature is a place for healing and personal growth.

Treat yourself to the benefits of wandering. It is a simple delight. Slowing down can initially feel uncomfortable, but once you allow it, you will experience the regenerative power of being present in the moment. Everyone benefits from a forest therapy walk, especially those who have difficulties to switch off their monkey mind. It is an nice alternative meditation practice. Other audiences that can be served with forest therapy are pregnant women, elderly people, cancer patients, people suffering from mental illness, disadvantaged youth.
Price: 38€ per person for a guided walk of 3 hours

CHILDREN - SCHOOLS - VULNERABLE GROUPS

Childhood experiences in nature are a lifelong source of inspiration. Being guided by the senses sharpens the attention and thus the intensity of the experience. It cultivates empathy and self-confidence. Imagination has no limits in unspoiled nature. In children, attention fatigue causes an inability to pay attention and control impulses. Studies show that children who spend time in natural outdoor environments have a reduction in attention fatigue and children diagnosed with ADHD show a reduction in related symptoms.
Price: 8€ per person for groups from 1 to 30 persons and €6 per person for groups from 31 to maximum 60 persons
